Association · accountability · 17 October 2026 · in English
What the site shows,
and what it does not show yet.
On 17 October 2026, the site team compared what lonodji.org publishes with what accountability standards expect of a non-governmental organisation: the Core Humanitarian Standard (2024 edition, nine commitments), the Global Standard for CSO Accountability (twelve commitments) and the Chadian framework the site cites (ordinance No. 023/PR/2018, decree No. 1917/PR/MEPD/2018). Each criterion points to the page that evidences it. The assessment covers what the site shows, not the association itself; it will be repeated every quarter.
Overview
Up to standard on accountability,
behind on documents.
A complaints mechanism with appeal, a corrections log, a register of decisions, promises kept apart from delivery, personal data described form by form: on what the standards call accountability to the public, the site is at the expected level. What is missing is concentrated: founding documents (authorisation, statutes, minutes), money (an account, then accounts) and integrity policies. These are not gaps in the site but documents and decisions the executive board must produce; the site already has room to publish them.
